The response time is fantastic. This phone is fast recharging and lasts longer than any older tech. I highly recommend this phone and Verizon as a service provider.

nice phone works great so far it works a little different than my older Samsung phone I do miss not having the expandable memory slot but it woks fine

Good phone with faster speeds than my previous LG phone that was getting sluggish. Yes it's the new S21 plus but honestly the phone performs as it should and at the end of the day it's just a phone.

It's a very good phone. There's little things better than the last Galaxy I had. I really like samsung phones. This is very easy and fun. The best one yet.

Love the phone but I don't like the location of the fingerprint sensor and I don't like that you need a dongle for wired headphones. The location of the fingerprint sensor just looks weird

Love the phone, when it works. So unhappy that the screen went black after 4 months. Samsung will repair but I have to do the leg work. I wish whole heartedly that I had purchased the Geek Squad program with the phone, it would have saved me time and money. I had to purchase another phone just to keep my business activity because utilizing the Samsung repair system takes time. I have read the screen issue is fairly common.

Its nice to upgrade the phone to have current technology. Way more capacity for files and it has a really good camera. And it works as a phone LOL

love it and all it's features easy to use all set up and ready to use as soon as I walked out of the store

The S21+ is not that impressive. I only got a new phone because of charging issues with my last one. The store did my set-up and transferring of all of my data which was helpful but I still lost some very important photos. Not all of my apps transferred over so had to spend time remembering everything I had on the old phone. I did do a trade in and I will never do that again. This phone also does not have the expandable memory which is one of the reasons I buy Samsung and not apple. So overall not happy with the new phone.

I am very impressed with this phone, the camera is amazing and it syncs so quickly to Bluetooth. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Very nice phone to use and quite powerful. Activation was a pain as I had to got VZW retail center to get that done

Overly inner of the better phones on the market a year a go. Was bought as a replacement to a lost phone

I have been using samsung phones for years, and this one seems to be the best so far. very good picture quality and does everything I need.

Again based of what i said & past phone Chase ( columbus Polaris locatiin) thought this would be a great phone i was looking for & price budget i was in. Had fears about going to a larger screen than last phone. Chase explained best buy exchange policy if i did not like it, that made me feel better. Love its water proof. Have had the water proif before it works & recently had a friend tubing on a quarry & it feel out of tube. It was found 4 hrs later, still worked.. crazy. Great Story.
