I upgraded from the S9 line, which still works pretty well, and it was a nice transition to the S21. The phone OS seems faster and smoother and I like that we can adjust the screen refresh rate thing. 120hz is great, but for me is a bit too fast in motion sometimes, so I just stick with 60z. The extra storage space was definitely a nice upgrade and I can have a bunch of mobile games and not have to worry about running out of space all the time. Personalization is standard and I can't recall anything new that stands out in particular. Moving the fingerprint sensor to the front screen at the bottom is nice, and I would've still liked it even if they didn't move it from the back side. Sometimes it just feels awkward unlocking the phone, depending on whatever position my hand is at the time. The phone doesn't really overheat, which is great, and the battery life usually lasts me 8-10 hours throughout the day and it charges at a reasonable rate. The phone size itself is also nice: it's not too big or small. The display is really nice and the colors of everything look great - audio is also good. The camera I think was the most advertised and I can see that the camera quality is better than it is on the S9, but it's still not perfect at zooming. I did notice that the pictures are less blurry and more crisp when snapping things in motion at times. Taking pictures under low-light conditions is a bit better though, I think. All in all, the S21 has been a great phone so far, and I hope it'll last me a few years.

So if you're buying this to see the moon. Don't. When did you care about looking up at the moon normally anyways? Regardless if you are stuck between this and iphone 13 pro max. I went for this and i also own Iphone 13 pro max and let me say battery life screen brightness display just looks amazing on this compared to iphone. Though iphone does have a little more natural shadow coverage and makes the picture look warm this has a brighter screen and much higher brightness compared to the Iphone. I all depends on you. You want something that works for a long time or you want to buy the name. Chances are you want to buy the name and go for iphone. Either way great phones you won't be dissapointed

I'm really enjoying this upgrade from an S9 to the S21. I prefer the flat screen of the S21 over the curved screen of the S9. The screen is still beautiful, and the VRR 120Hz looks much smoother than the 60Hz of the S9. I also like the buttons only on 1 side of the phone. Transferring Apps and Data was quick and easy via the included cable. No real learning curve for the new phone. Does have the option to move to gestures if you choose that route. 128 GB works well for me. Fast & Responsive Cameras are a real upgrade both the back and selfie. Cons: No wall charger. Additional cost getting a fast charger. No SD card slot. The increased base storage works for me, but it would have been nice to have it. Screen seems a little less bright, but only a marginal difference. Finger print scanner is less reliable and takes a little longer than the S9. It works well enough, even with a thick screen protector.

A phone brand that you could never go wrong with, excellent photo capability and durability itself. It unique UI makes it worth getting, and the customization ability it superb with it own Samsung store to further enhance customization.

Samsungs have been my favorite phones for 20 years, and I had high hopes about this one. The battery life is good. The screen is good. The price was good. I like the plastic feel case over the glass case. It doesn't pop or slip so much. This is my first USB-C no headphone jack phone, and there is a glitch there. If you use a wireless charger and talk on the phone, the other party hears horrible noise. That means you can't charge it and talk on it at the same time. Other than that, it works OK.

I love this phone it did everything. The picture quality was the best the battery on the phone. That’s a long time.

Awesome phone when on sale! The design isn't as high end as the S20, but it's perfect for most people. I don't like that there isn't a micro sd card slot anymore or charger, but that's my biggest complaint. I do wish there was a headphone jack, but none of the good phones have one. And, if you are going to have a plastic back, make it removable so a battery swap is easy to do! Great screen, good battery life, durable design with great cameras, so its perfect for my wife. Really can't complain too much for a high end phone that's reasonably priced.

Great phone, very responsive, looks amazing. Samsung did very good on this phone. Camera is amazing and lasts all day.

Screen The screen may only be 1080 but this doesn't matter for just about every use. It's more for bragging rights then actual use. This screen is bright, good colors, great contrast and the brightness outside is amazing. The 120 hz refresh rate is hands down amazing. I'm actually blown away from the screen from only being 1080. Build Now when I hear the back was plastic I was a littleet down. Like it wouldn't be any good because of it. Now I must say the Fe in hand is very nice. The look is also great and still feels premium. Plus not being glossy doesn't show figure prints. The edges are metal along with the camera bezel. The buttons on the side are clicky and sterdy. They do not feel cheap or loose. The finger print scanner is quick and accurate. Don't let the plastic back fool you. Sound The sound is ok. I feel it could be louder and with more balance in the speakers. Cameras The cameras are way better coming from the z flip. The 3x lens makes getting good slightly closer shots very good. The pictures I have taken so far are beautiful. If you own a tab s7 this thing is amazing with it. Great seemless connections. Text and receive calls on your tablet. Don't let the on paper short coming fool you about this phone. It kills it in my opinion and not sorry I got it.

Phone I love. The fact that it is no longer glass on the back is wonderful. Not really a fan of small phones, but the s21 is a nice size, camera is fire and the ease of use is good. And the purple is a nice color as well

Bought this for my Dad as he went from a 9 year old Motorola phone with Android 7 to this new up-to-date device - was quite an upgrade. Can use the newest apps and the wifi/5G connectivity is excellent. Took some time for him to adjust to Samsung's interface, but it is mostly the same as stock Android. Display is much better, clearer and sharper. Camera is leaps and bounds better and more useful. Suggest a screen protector and case.

Like all phones it takes some getting use to but not bad. I wish it was a little smaller to put in a small purse but other than that thumb up

I got this phone to replace my note because I cracked the screen. I initially didnt love the phone because it is much smaller that the other phone, but once i got used to it I really liked the the phone. It had good battery life, great picture quality, and ran perfectly. I did trade up to the S22 ultra when it came out, but only because I really like the size and the s-pen option more. If you are looking for a smaller phone with good battery life and not a lot of frills this is perfect for you.

I've very particular about which phones I purchase, and the only ones that seems to satisfy what I need are the Samsung Galaxy models. The camera is very important to me and this one is very good. I would recommend immediately putting on a screen protector and putting it in a case before you use it. There are also screen protectors for the camera on the backside. The phone is quick, the battery lasts a while, and the phone takes advantage of super-fast charging with the proper charger that is sold separately.
