Excellent price/quality ratio. You get what you pay for and a little more. Really good entry level smartphone. Cameras are good and display is nice. Battery life is ok.

Liked the color so much but realized screen size was way too small for me. Always owned bigger phones, note 20 ultra was my last phone. Ended up getting a Samsung s21 ultra. Way better!

Great price for this phone. A welcomed upgrade from the S7 I was previously using. Somewhqt difficult to iron out all the setting but a great recently released samsung smartphone for less than $800

I always buy Galaxy out right from best buy and as these phones get more expensive each year, BestBuy offers decent promotions during the release week. I've had the phone 5 months now and its been pretty good, absolutely no complaints; especially with the battery life, there are many nights i don't bother to charge my phone and I can make it through the day just fine. Granted, I only use my phone for text and talk and some navigation when drive other than that it sits idle.

Does take better pics, Transfer of data was smooth, as easy fast. Still eats a lot of power. White model is very clean.

I bought the Samsung s21 5g to replace my Samsung s6. Great phone to use, buy I had to learn how to use some of the features. Thank goodness for You tube.

Upgraded from Galaxy S8 due to 3G shutdown. So far no complaints except for the loss of the SD card slot and headphone jack. Camera auto settings are good enough for me. Battery lasts all day; i have a few hour long calls each day. I thought i would miss the curved edges of the S8 but i dont. The flat display is comfortable and the edge toolbar is still available. The larger phones in the series may have better tech specs but ive had no issues. Smaller screen for pocketability was higher on my priorities.

Love it, the cameras are crisp and clear and it is a great alternative for the s21 ultra for the people who don't want to spend 1000 dollars

Amazing camera. I dont like the fact that they got rid of the removable memory card system. Great battery life.

Great phone, fast transferring data, easy to use, bright screen and colors, long-lasting battery, nice looking colors to choose from. Reasonable price for a good quality product. However, these phones come without a wall charger and I wish the charger would have come with the phone.

I have avoided purchasing a new phone for years due to the absorbent prices they go for nowadays and I didnt was to be making payments on a PHONE for 2 years. My last phone was a Galaxy S7...so it was time for an upgrade. When I saw the BB was selling unlocked phones S21s for $500, I could not pass up the deal. Phone is great. Setup was easy. It is like night and day compared to my old S7. I would highly recommend this phone.

The camera is amazing on this phone and so is the battery life. I can go almost 2 days without having to charge it.

Awesome gift. Got phone during covid lets just say what a great investment.
