This is a great phone, I just needed to upgrade the memory

Best phone I've had but now it is outdated by newer models

This is an excellent phone; great quality and features. It is a little large so it can be difficult to operate with one hand. The screen on this phone is stronger and more durable then any phone i have ever owned! And the battery life is phenomenal, I can go close to two days before needing a charge!

Nice phone but wish it had an SD slot to expand memory. It is fast and does a good job for signal. With the cheaper price I can swallow not having the SD slot and use the cloud or send pictures to my laptop. Just a few extra steps. Battery holds up ok but wonder down the road when it gets a little older how it will be. Screen is awesome with the 120hz.

So far so good. Easy to transfer stuff from my other phone. Disappointed it didn't come with the tool to open up the simcard slot. Great color, excellent camera. Upset that Samsung did away with the memory card and headphone jack

So glad I bought my Samsung Galaxy S21. Yes, I bought shortly after BTS endorsed it. Bought the Lavender one like in the commercial. The pictures are amazing! Took photos at BTS PTD LA Concert and the quality is clear and gorgeous!

I have not had my new phone very long, however, so far, I really like it and would purchase it again. What's not to like. Best Buy completely set up with new carrier, transfer of information from previous phone, so I just needed to make a phone call to let my friend know I had a new phone!

I'm reviewing my shopping experience today. Too soon to rate the new phone purchased, but I have to let everyone know how pleasant my time in the store was with Alex the sales rep. He was extremely willing and patient to take the time go answer all my questions. He knew exactly what information I was looking for. Presented it with confidence he knew what he was talking about. Helped me to choose the right phone for my wife's needs and took the time to go through it all again when I brought my wife in an hour later to educate her as well (the phone was for her). We bought it and he took the time to transfer the data from her old phone to the new one - took at least 30 min of his time - and just was great to work with the whole time. I can't thank him enough for making the experience actually enjoyable and educational. Thank you Alex and Best Buy!

The phone came without a charging device; Really? Thought that was very cheap of Samung. Another disadvantage with this phone you don't have a Sd card. You are buying their best phone and it comes without important components. The phone is great, fast, and provides sharp phones.

It’s a phone, upgraded from a s7+… this phone is good battery life gets me thru 12 hour shift with life to spare. Camera is nice and crisp.. only complaint I have is it doesn’t come with charging block and doesn’t have headphone jack. Other than that it’s a phone

I really like this phone! I spent hours online researching it until I came to a conclusion. It is much faster than my old phone and does everything i need it to do. Only downsides are the no headphone jack and the awkward fingerprint sensor on the screen.

Upgraded from Samsung Galaxy S9. Has all the same functions of older samsung phones but with a better performing OS. Camera and battery are much improved. Purchased the +5g version specifically for the better battery; otherwise, the base S21 is largely similar to this model. And unless you need a larger screen or an even-better-performing camera, this model will suit you just fine in comparison to the Ultra model. This middle child S21 model gives you good value at ~$1k if you're looking to upgrade from another Android phone but don't want to pay a top-of-the-market fee for a truly elite device.

it is actually a really good phone. I was using an iphone 12 pro max and switched to this. The screen is really nice, wayyyy smoother than the iphone because of the 120hz. For me the fingerprint sensor is sometimes inaccurate - maybe about 30% of the time. I've found the camera to be mostly good, though the 12 pro max camera was better and more consistent in my opinion. Overall, I would highly recommend you giving it a try.

It worked great for almost 2 years, and then just fried at one of the most inopportune moments. I was visiting family when it went out leaving me with very few an options to contact my husband and family in the United States.

I like this phone, but i don't love it. I previously had the z fold 3, but it was a lemon and basically went insane, so i had to get another phone. I wanted the s21 ultra (no more folds for me!) But being so close to Christmas, i had to get whatever they still had in stock, which was the s21 plus. Pros + dependable product + feels sturdy in my hand + nice bright screen + decent battery life Cons - very basic phone - cannot use an s-pen with this - i went from 512 gb to 128 gb - no slot for sand disc for needed storage - just a real downgrade from the phones I'm used to Conclusion: this phone is fine in the interim, but I'm definitely looking forward to the s22 ultra!
