This phone works great... The pictures are really clear. Easy to use cause its the same as my pervious phone. it hold the charge longer then usual. Works great.

I ordered for my son and he loves it. It takes great, clear, sharp videos. It is easy to use and very easy to set up and transfer info from old phone. Good value.

Great phone with very good battery life and camera. Only downside is that it does not come with a wall charger which has to be purchased separately.

Upgraded from an S7, so the differences are huge. I like the extra security biometric options. The camera is great, The Smart Switch app for moving things from my old phone worked pretty well, but needed to be run 3 times to transfer to the new phone. Not all stored sounds transferred which is aggravating. I now have to install new ringtones and notification tones. Over all, it was worth the upgrade.

It is just the right size for me. I am enjoying the new features and glad that i do not have to charge it as often as my old one.

This phone is so fast, much faster than my s9. The screen has great framerate and looks fantastic. The camera is very impressive too.

Easy to use although there were a few changes from my old Galaxy which took a little adjustment. It is faster and smarter.

This turned out to be a huge update from my old friend, Galaxy S8. They have the same features but the S21 has a lot more. Now I spend a lot of time trying to figure it out. I was surprised that it didn't come with a complete charger but I can use my old charger with it and also our wireless charger.I realize I can learn about this phone on YouTube but I learn better with a good face to face teacher and hands on.

it's definitely much better than my old phone, it takes wonderful pictures, it has many new features that I am still exploring & learning how to use.
