So many new features I'm still learning them. Just discovered new filters I can use while video calling my granddaughter.

I used to have the edge and it was horrible. This phone definitely is a step forward for Galaxy

Very easy to use. Some of tje initial settings need to be changed. Screen colors ar nice amd camera has a lot more features than my last phone.

The Samsung - Galaxy S21 5G 128GB is the best Samsung phone I've ever had. There are obviously major changes moving up to the latest 5G technology. But there are also many subtle changes with a tweak many things to make it better. For one thing, there is no off and on switch. Rather it is a icon that pulls down and allows you to reboot or turn off your phone.

Great phone with lots of great apps and an amazing camera that beats out the the iphone 12pro in my opinion

My old phone was a Galaxy S7 Edge. This dive is a great upgrade. Easy to setup and navigate thru the apps.

The phone works okay. The phone I had before was a Pixel 3. Moving from that to this has been a little hard. For one, the buttons for power and volume are in a different place than the Pixel 3. Voice commands (bixby) is not as easy. I always set reminders. There's a few more steps to do that on this phone as compared to the Pixel 3. Speach to text is average to bad. For some reason it never seems to get it right. I got this on sale, so it's a buy for me, but I don't think I would pay full price for this.

Android user, Samsung buyer the last 8 years. Great photos and the ease of use I expect from an android phone.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 5G 128GB is a great phone and is very fast. Everything transferred from my old phone.

It is faster and we have eight more times memory than our Galaxy S5's. Photos are great with a lot more options.

Love this new phone. Battery life is great. Have not used camera tto much but has some neat feature

My son is very happy with his upgrade and loves how much faster it downloads videos and the larger battery.

Reliable and works great! The battery lasts longer than the s8.

When Samsung had a faulty update, my phone nolonger worked. Got this new Samsung 21 to resolve the issues. Others in the store for the same reason. After the purchase, Samsung fixed their issue. But here I am with a new, updated phone. Izabella did a pretty good job of transferring files. I connected the new phone to old Samsung 8 the next day and got a more complete transfer. A few new touches, but very much like the old, which I like.

Love my phone. Long battery life. Great storage space.
