When charged 100% it only lasts for 3 to 4 hours. I complained to best buy but they are not taking it back sonce it has been more than 15 days.

It does however have decent battery and camera life.

Make sure you are comfortable starting up and getting your new device ready on your own or you will spend more money asking an associate to do it. This needs to be calculated into your purchase cost. I'll shop Verizon next time.

I placed my order online, a few days received an empty box. The seal on the box was open and there was no phone in the box. My order cane from a warehouse in Chino, Ca. There's obviously something going on at this warehouse. They fill orders and they ship out empty boxes.
