New Galaxy

Product was ready and activated. Had to request help transferring data and files from my old phone. Clerk appeared bored during process and actually disappeared. Had to go to Customer Service to resume and finish transfer.

Battery is terrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tha battery life is garbage. To make it through a day I have to leave battery saver on all the time. For example, today I got up at 7. Decided at 10am to try turning off battery saver. It's 9PM and I have only 15% battery. Took a few pictures (4-5), did a few internet seaches, checked email and sent some texts...navigated for maybe 8 minutes. I played no games, watched maybe 10 mins total of YouTube. Never ran my Hotspot. So basically you have to buy the special super charger because you cant get through a full day without having to charge your phone. It works fine as a phone if you dont use it much or can recharge it mid-day.

A Great Option for an Upgrade

Great phone if only it worked
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great phone when it actually worked. Could not hear people around 40% of the time in certain areas. Used Wi-Fi calling and would not work half the time. I ended up returning it.
