To me, a phone is a phone, alot of technology i will never use. I bought this because it was the cheapest new phone on the market. On the plus side the battery life is better than any phone ive owned. Havent used camera yet. I am replacing a galaxy s9, this should be a significant upgrade one i figure out how to use it

Great camera and durable screen for accident prone people like myself!

This phone more than meets my expectations. Very clear images and easy, multiple log-in methods. Although the phone has the "latest" in apps and applications, it still a comfortable transition from my older Samsung device.

LOVE my new S21 FE.... had the Galaxy S9 for years until I was forced (by circumstances) to buy a new phone. Researched and for the $$$ this was my best option. Even though the new S22 was coming out soon I opted for the S21 and I have been happy as can be !!1

This is my 4th Samsung phone. They never break down. They always work perfectly.

Great upgrade from Samsung 9. Many new features. Samsung interface is always the nicest out of the android devices. The battery- gets you through the day even if you game or open tons of tabs on chrome

Overall good replacement however updates almost everyday it seems.

I like the bigger typing area. The camera takes nice photos. The phone seems to work well. Its hard to know how well that part works because some calls break up. Being a new phone you expect good phone calls.

This S21 FE was a good deal on a really good phone.

Love this new phone. Will stick with Samsung - my old one lasted a good seven years and still worked; it was just getting slower. This one is lightening fast, looks great, charges quickly and has had zero issues. Think I'm going to love it.

I like the Samsung better than the Apple. The Android operating system is easier to operate, however that is what I only have ever had! It is a matter of preference. Great phone and the camera is crystal clear.

I upgraded from an older phone to the Samsung Galaxy S21FE 5G and am very pleased. While I am not too tech savvy, it is easy to operate for my needs and has a lot more storage than the old one, allowing me to do a lot more. The BestBuy sales-tech rep, Dan, did a great job transfering everything, from the old phone and explaining the operation of the new one.

I am enjoying my new phone - especially the camera. I was very pleased with the attentive service provided by Eddy at the Mays Landing store in NJ. If he had not been so helpful and so easy to work with, I never would have purchased the phone.

I wasn’t sure if I wanted an S22 or S21 FE 5G. My sister purchased the S21 FE so I was able to really “play” with her phone and see all the features. I upgraded from the S9. The camera takes fantastic pictures. So far I love this phone.
