Keep having problems and have only had the phone 9 months: The first one i received the speakers didn't work properly right out of the box. I got a replacement; the replacement worked good for about 6months. I did have the problem that it would lose service and would have to take it off & on airplane mode, but lots of people have that problem. The biggest problem started about 6months after i got it...it started ramdomly shutting off and trying to reboot...it wasnt too hot, i wasnt using it excessively nothing like that...it would take a few hours then come back on...kind of weird to describe: it would shut off, vibrate like crazy, come back on with all pixles messed up then shut off again. Sometimes it would be random and show a red message across the screen or the verizon screen like it was coming back on. But then after a while magically it would come back on... Geek squad couldnt help. If your phone starts doing this make sure your stuff is backed up...i lost everything bc my phone kept coming back on and saying i was going to do it.

Phone works great. No complaints early on with this Samsung device.

Perfect for what I needed. Upgraded from an S8 and so much faster etc.

The device works very well and is a good value. One drawback is that it requires voice instructions to power down. True, you can put it to sleep with one click, but that is not enough for a complete power off. Should be a better way to power off.

Great size . Still fits in many of my pockets and sports pouches.

Good phone. My old one wasn't working well while I was out of town. The Best buy representative was excellent in providing information about a couple phones I was interested in before I chose this one. It is lightweight and easy so far.

Three stars is not for the phone, which is great, but for the inability to get phone activated for Over a week. Best Buy gave me 2 SIM cards that could not be activated and was told they were never put into the Verizon System. Spent over a week trying to fix issue!
