My review is more of a comment and complaint. I placed my order online, a few days received an empty box. The seal on the box was open and there was no phone in the box. My order cane from a warehouse in Chino, Ca. There's obviously something going on at this warehouse. They fill orders and they ship out empty boxes.

At first i was happy, but this phone is giving me a lot if problems. It randomly disconnects from the Verizon service... meaning it tells me the phone is not registered to make phone calls. I have to do a reset, then it works again for a while. Ive also had days when i didn't receive any text messages... again reset the phone and they all come pouring in at once. I am NOT bad happy with this phone because it is so unreliable. Wish i could return it, but it's too late.

Phone constantly freezes when trying to load apps. Takes 5 or 6 attempts to get it to refresh weather. Have to try touching things on screen constantly in order to get it to even attempt to connect or use anything. Battery was dying in about 4 to 5 hours when I first purchased the phone. Has gotten better as I have kept turning stuff off. Biggest mistake that I have ever made in a phone.

Rating of product is average. If not going to 5g,,,,, I would not have purchased.

My brand new phone overheates every single day. My gps function goes out every day as a result of it.

Not an easy phone to use, some really dumb ways on how it works such as where the buttons are all on tge right top.

Terrible phone. It has to be reset multiple times a day. Would not recommend.

After two weeks I am still very happy with this phone. The battery usage is greater than my '42 and I probably wouldn't make it two days before charging. The multiple OS and security updates got to be an annoyance but that is finally over.

So far so good! 3 weeks, replaced my 3 year old S9.....very happy with purchase. Fantastic camera and battery life is pretty darn good for being on it all day long. I will day and this has nothing to do with phone but manufacturers need to throw in charging cable. Phones are expensive enough. Throw in a complimentary cable for petes sake. Lol

Great phone for the money, has lots of features you see on higher end phones.

Everything I wanted in a new Galaxy. The S21 FE is a wonderful package. A bit heavier than my older Galaxy S8. Great cameras. Easy migration of old settings, apps, everything. lBest Buy did a great job insuring all went correctly.

I don't like where the volume up/down are on the same side with the off/on switch. Don't make sense. Forget about smart lock, It can't detect the home location for security lock (directions are incorrect - don't work). Battery last good, Upgrades from technology suck! If it ain't broke, don't mess it up more. Samsung doesn't give people what they want; they give people what they think they need. Screen size is larger than S8 despite what other say.

I have two of the S21 FE 5g phones and both are working great. The battery life is super good lasts over two days. Camera function has a wide verity of options. The refresh rate of 120Hz makes the display pop. Recommend buy if you can find them.

I'm really enjoying this new phone. I'm not a tech savvy person; but have navigated my way through programming it rather easily.

Its awesome....has everything i need ..in a smaller compact version of what i had . Im really liking this style lite but very much apt for all the things i use my cell for.

Nice upgrade from a S9. No complaints except lacking a dedicated headphone jack.
