When you need to add a new phone to your account, but your provider doesn't offer any substantial deals for replacing your "old" phone - Best Buy is the only place to buy.

I purchased the phone as an upgrade from my S9 in which i used it for my home business using the square mag card reader. I explained to the sales associate my purpose, he informed me the phone did not come with a charger, so i purchased that an a case. I now find out the phone is not compatible with my current card reader due to the fact the S21 does not have the ear bud plug in. I called Bestbuy talked to a young lady, i asked about a n adapter she agreed that the Usbc would work with the S21, i purchased one locally an it does not work with the phone, in need of help !!! It is a nice phone but does not serve the purpose for which i needed it.

Unhappy with the purchase. I was excited for this samsung galaxy with its features but screen is hard to use, and typing is disregulating.

Loving this phone. Ended up getting one for the wife as well!

My last phone was 7 years old. This phone is all I thought it would be. Love your features and it works absolutely great

Phonecworking nicely. Only issue but not sure if phone or Tmobile.. it does not find network quite often so turn off back on to reconnect

love my new samsung galaxy s21 fe, though still getting used to it and learning. Had a galaxy s4 and then had a different phone which i didn't like. glad to have returned to samsung galaxy.

It seems really good so far. I don't like the fact that I can't put an SD card in here for my photos.... Other than that its great!

A huge store and regulated with only 1 salesman to help phone buyers. 2 greeters to make customers feel wated as they enter. Poor customers with only one salesman in phone buy department. So so sad!!! WAITING AND WAITNG Sales peple said this was the prefered set up. Only doing his job the least possible. Would not want anyone to buy this phone with such despicable help created by corporation. Phone good but have to give poor reviews

It's not the phone I wanted. It's a lot better phone than my old GS4. I like the touch screen & all the features some I'll never use.

This phone is a no no product from Samsung Battery always dead, Battery doea not last for one day even if it is full Charge.

For a cell phone to be so expense , it has alot problem I would recommend another brand of cell phone. Over price also.

This phone is good for nothing. The camera particularly is very poor.

Excellent cellphone I bought it for my niece and she loved it. Camera have a good resolution at night. Cons: came with not charger.
