Works well and a good value, but has a drawback.

One drawback is that it requires voice instructions to power down. True, you can put it to sleep with one click, but that is not enough for a complete power off. Should be a better way to power off.

The Best buy representative was excellent in providing information about a couple phones I was interested in before I chose this one. It is lightweight and easy so far.

Best Buy gave me 2 SIM cards that could not be activated and was told they were never put into the Verizon System. Spent over a week trying to fix issue!

Sales person helped me with setting it up once I got it. Has been working quite well for me. Easy to navigate. It has taken me a while to get used to the different button placement on this phone vs my last one but not a big deal.
