I'm not sure if this one is a dud or not but the battery really doesn't last as long as I expected. It says a certain amount of hours (like 14) but is dead in 4 or 5. It takes forever to charge and comes with a stupid charging cord that requires a USB-C on both sides but not the box. I'm not big on spending a ton on phones but still make them work for years and this is the most expensive phone I've ever had so I really wish right out of the box I wasn't disappointed. I didn't realize I was getting the Galaxy s21 FE, didn't realize that was a thing until I ordered the wrong size case. Pictures are a disappointment and take way too much space. I do like that it's smaller and close to the size of my S9 so I'm not trying to stick a tablet in my pocket.

Super easy on-line order placed for convenient pick-up at store! Then right over to in-store Geek Squad appointment for date transfer to new phone. SMOOTH FULL SERVICE!

This is an upgrade from my S8. World of difference. As always Samsung has a superior product. There is a learning curve with this device. Well worth it. So far I would recommend this device to anyone!

Excellent customer experience...excellent device..Matt from Samsung was extremely Helpful with transfering everything thru Smart Switch....and the entire sale including the glass screen protector..case..etc...

This phone is everything I wanted at a reasonable price. Also the set up being in Best Buy was so convenient. The tech experts were able to transfer all my data and contacts. One stop shopping at it best!

Best yet! I feel its not much different than all the others but then out of no where something reveals itself. So far nothing found to complain about

I needed to replace my S8 Samsung phone. I was thinking about an Apple phone but while talking with the store agent I felt that this phone would do just fine. So far so good, the phone works great.

Works great, nice that it was onsale for WAY less than a "new" release, but still only a few months old. Battery could be better, but for the price i cant complain at all.

The Best Buy customer service rep did a great job in helping us find the perfect phone that was on sale that day. I highly recommend the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G. We love this phone!

A good upgrade from S9. Good battery life and a great camera. The only complaints is the screen shot function is different and to turn it off is not a one button function.

Phone works well. We had to set it up ourselves. Otherwise they were going to charge $40 and that was not disclosed on line when we purchased it. Otherwise phone is great.

Replaced an older model Samsung and am very happy with the features. Service was great and associate transferred my data on the spot!

When my old phone note 9 suddenly stopped working, even tried replacing the battery but to no avail. I decided to get this as replacement. The performance is mediocre. Even with enhanced processing turned on, apps like twitter, youtube and Instagram. It still freeze and crashes. The ram and storage is plenty so shouldnt be the cause. Perhaps in due time, software updates might fix itself we'll see. Compared to my old note 9 phone it still surpass this.

Have had Galaxy cellphones since the S5 and am very happy with my new S21...easy learning curve - have not delved into all the phone features yet.

Works great. Excellent upgrade from my LG G7. Was looking at the 22 but was a screaming deal on the 21FE. Couldnt pass it up and dont regret it.

I upgraded from an S4 so I can't really complain. The only downside is that I have to charge it about once a day. So far, so good!

Nice phone, always a learning curve. Do like extra sensitivity to screen. Very similar to older model S9, haven't seen a great deal of change.

Nice phone. It's plastic but gets the job done. Not bad for the price. Got it on sale and had a gift card as well.
