8gb/256gb S21 FE 5G is version to get.

Good phone for the$. Great display with very good camera setups. Battery is very large and lasts 2 days on average which along with 8GB/256gb is the reason I purchased. Because of background running apps and intense display you need now at least 6gb of Ram so phone isn't super slow. So I opted for the larger Ram and memory instead of the 6gb/128gb version. The extra $ is worth it. I don't even play games. But having email open and reading the news the 8gb256gb ensures no lag when scrolling or opening a new tab. If you game you want the 8gb/256gb version. Trust me. I'm coming from S20 FE 5G 6gb/128gb phone.

I got this phone by mail and it doesn't work:
Battery is not charged, phone is not switched on.
I got second phone and I see the same problem:
Battery is not charged, phone is not switched on.
It looks like BestBuy gets those phones from garbage dump.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy phone doesn't seem to charge at all, doesn't charge past 85%, doesn't charge when connected to a PC, or doesn't charge when connected to Samsung DeX, there are a couple of things that may be causing the problem. For example, you may simply need to replace a worn-out USB cable, or make sure you're using the correct charger. Take a look at, "Galaxy phone or tablet will not charge" to help troubleshoot what you may be experiencing with your device. Absolutely junk. Worked for 3 months, then wouldnt connect to internet, and now just keeps rebooting when making calls. Samsung support is no help and neither is best buy.
