This mobile device has been very dependable and has not failed in the nearly 2 years since purchase. I am very happy with it.

Best phone by far. I do have some gripes though. Funny one is that there is so much this phone can do lol. But seriously im not so fond of the glass back. And the case with the s pen and flap does not protect it. Crack very easily. Also i would say that it would be good to make the cameras many features more easy to use. Ither than great i highly recommend this phone if you are future proofing. Because its a camera phone and good for streaming

Love it. I've had a s9+ and finally upgraded to the s21 ultra. Faster and takes amazing pictures and videos.

It's a nice large touch-screen phone. However, Samsung still hasn't reinstated the additional sim card slot. The phone is expensive already and one must purchase with a larger memory card or pay for cloud storage. The guys at Best Buy Sherman Oaks know their stuff, transferred all data from my old phone without any issues - quick and efficient service.

Best phone I have ever owned--fast, and the battery lasts forever

I like the camera a lot. The camera, speed and display very nice. Because of the camera, it's top heavy; but I expected that.

My last Samsung Galaxy is still being used after 10 years. Only problem was charging port wore out - too expensive to replace as it was "glued" to screen (not a good engineering design) so I purchased several external batteries and just swapped them out as needed.

We love our new phones. We just got it a couple of weeks ago and we learning to use the phone. I have the Ultra s21 and my husband have the S21. I take a lot of pictures and there are different things you can do with the camera. Good phones and lots of things to do with.

Had the ultra phone about 3 weeks now. It's fast and I really like it. Will get the pen so haven't used that option yet. Takes great photos and still learning all the techniques there. Traded in the galaxy note 10 plus so got a good deal.

I get every single one of my phones at best buy. Excellent customer service every time. This galaxy s21 ultra is by far my favorite phone ever, the camera is amazing and the display is even better.

Great phone, easy to navigate the meniu. Fast, reliable, great product. I'm glad I chose this one thanks to the help of a lady that works on phones department.

I like the speed of this phone. I needed to get a case as the edges were fairly slippery. Transfer software from my previous Samsung phone did a great job.

Love the vivid screen colors. Been playing with camera. Omg awsome. Little bigger than what im used to but getting older so bigger screen easier on the eyes

I went in for pre buy and the young lady helping me was very knowledgable and helpful, everything went great. I arrived for my appointment for pick up a little early and was quickly taken care of. The young man from another department was helping out and the phone team was helping him. The young lady helping took over the transaction and was VERY knowledgable, and so helpful. My experience was made so easy as I am not the best with new technology.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is a beast of a phone! Great product from Samsung by far. They really hit a homerun on this one. Great camera setup and I LOVE how they incorporated the camera module into the overall design. Oh! And the matte black is beautiful! I'm gonna go on a limb here and say Apple needs to step up their game on design!
