    First I want to thank the local Bethlehem, Pa Best Buy cell phone staff and the Samsung rep for all their help last Sunday. Their knowledge and patience for transerring from my old S8+. I could not be any happier with these 2 gentleman. It has only been 5 days getting use to this new fancy phone. I love all the camera options as tbe best part of this new device.

    I am very happy with my Galaxy S21 Ultra, and I was extremely happy with the help I got transferring the data from my old phone. There were some difficulties I would have had problems resolving had it not been for the very helpful young lady who calmly set about handling them.

    Great phone. We are glad we got it. Too sad that Best Buy needed 8 hours to do our data transfer, and we had to sit around in the store for most of it.
