The new Galaxy is definitely an upgrade from S10 that i previously owned. The camera is definitely much better than previously and everything just runs smoothly on it because of the 120 hz refresh rate. Highly recommend it.

In my opinion this is the best phone on the market despite the fairly recent new Iphone launch (and yes, I've been an Iphone user for years). The phone is fast, smooth and an excellent camera. Very responsive software and wonderful battery life.

Very satisfied with this unlocked cellphone. Awesome video and pictures and large battery capacity. But I am missing the 3.5mm earphone jack.

Got the phone with 256GB, set up was fairly easy. Transfer of apps using Smart Switch was very smooth. The camera's do stick out on the back, getting a good protective case removes the 'bump' from the camera lenses. Takes great pictures.

I like the phone but Samsung Corporation is stingy because this high quality expensive product doesn't include a charger. After paying almost $1,300 US dollars, I had to run back to the store to spend an extra $20 dollars on a specific wall charger because it doesn't support the regular android USB connectors that I have at home. Why isn't this standard, ...why reinventing the wheel?? Very inconvenient and totally ridiculous!

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra phone is an excellent piece of equipment. We were very impressed at how easy it was to transfer virtually everything from our old Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus phone, including photos, videos, text & voicemail messages. The quality of the photos are amazing! The only negatives so far are that we don't see much speed difference between 5G and old 4G, and it is very annoying that Samsung charge $1250 for this phone and is too cheap to include a $15 charging block.

Fast and reliable phone. Main personal use is gaming, pictures, and work. Uograded from a Galaxy s10 5g and although I've had 5G service before this phone can really deliver compared to older 5G models.

This phone is full of bloatware. The Samsung suite contains over 12 properitery apps that download from the Samsung suite leaving you with the play and Samsung store dual loaded if you use other Google products. The phone is quick and works pretty well. Due to boost were about 4gigs of memory are always in use out of the box. In addition this phone does not support dual sim in the US or with US carriers. Fully disabled at the root during release. I do not recommend this phone if you are looking for anything other than the cameras.
