The phone starts to overheat during normal usage after 2 month and the battery drains so fast with screen on time less than 5 hours of normal use.

The photos are absolutely phenomenal. I like most of the changes Samsung has made, but do not like the fact you have to purchase a wall charger separately. This is a must as both ends of the charging cord have the micro size USB end, and most multiple chargers are made for the standard USB end. Love this phone!

It's a really nice phone. I returned it because I wasn't sure it was the best choice at the time. I repurchased it and I love it! The camera is amazing.

I switched from the Google pixel 2XL which I had for 3 years or so, I switched because I just wanted a new phone with bells and whistles, because my pixel still worked well. I love the S21 ultra capabilities and display, especially that super zoom stuff, that's awesome. However, moving from the pixel I realized how spoiled I was with pixel UI and features. If I could have the pixel version of android and that software on the S21 ultra, with all the hardware of the S21 ultra, it'd be the perfect phone.

This phone is great and I really recommend it has a lot of storage but it is really expensive

Love it, what else is there to say! Glad I went with ultra for telephoto lens. I was surprised the American version doesn't have esim. Does not work on the carrier Visible which also surprised me, you would think this phone had every radio setting there could be. Very responsive and great graphics. Acts as hotspot very efficiently. No major battery drain... easily lasts all day with moderate use , two days with light use. 5g is speeeeeeeeedy ;)
