Phone is a bit larger for my liking but overall runs well!

Expensive yet buggy and underwhelming. Tried to upgrade my nearly 3 year old phone but it just didnt feel worth it. Returned it a week later.

It didn't work as well as iPhone 13 pro max, so I switched to iPhone 13 pro max anyway. Cell phone reception is poor.

Good phone for Android peasants, almost every app had complications or glitches when using them, the battery life was subpar. The camera was great but the color correction was terrible and made everything lighter than usual. Compared to iPhones there is no competition, tried to give it a chance but the smoothness you get on 60hz screen on an iPhone blows the Samsung’s 120hz glitchy and lackluster feel. Also uploading any picture or video to any sort of social media looked terrible despite it looking amazing on your phone. Android will never catch up to iPhone when it comes to OS and no matter how good the camera or screen are. iPhone also has a better camera, extremely good battery life, it has constant updates to make your phone feel new all the time, I have a XR and this phone feels much faster and smoother than the S21 Ultra. The only pros to the S21 are customizability, and being able to download or change your phone without having to jailbreak or hack your phone. I do not recommend this to anyone. Sometimes the charger wouldn’t charge it and it’s have to replug it into the phone for it to recognize it

Not what they made it sound to be. Advertised as big and great, not as much as hoped.

Speed is slow. Most of the times Facebook doesn’t load or exits

Good product ,but processor is slower, many app does slow works.

Phone screen went out after 12 months of purchase. I will never buy another Samsung product ever again. They don’t stand by their products. Just Buy an IPhone.

This is my first time buying a high end smartphones. I usually go for cheap $100+ phone from Cricket but decided to get S20+5G in December for my wife and S21 Ultra 128gb 2 weeks ago for myself. I am not a fan of iPhone. I am impressed with the appearance and display in S21 Ultra but very disappointed that the phone did not come with a charger and did not realize that until I got home with the phone only to find a cable but no adapter/charger. Lack of expandable memory slot and headjack or wired earpiece was another disappointment. Flagship phone like ultra I guess should come with some basic things like charger, expandable memory slot and earpiece. Giving S21 Ultra four star rating because of no charger, expandable memory slot and earpiece.

So far so good. Takes great pictures and the screen clarity is amazing. No issues with battery life but then I've only had it for 2 days so far.

2nd gen finger print reader works EXCELLENT. I dumped my iphone for the S21 Ultra and never looked back. Camera and user customization is not even comparable! Thank you Samsung for making this great device.

Hard pass on the s21 series for me. The omissions are more than i can handle. I use a Note9 and i value Iris Scan, MST+NFC payment, SD Card. Iris Scan works in winter so i do not have to take off my gloves for fingerprint scan or remove my mask for facial recognition. MST works on so many older terminal which still exist despite claims to the contrary. I like independent backup to SD card for personal photo i do not want in the cloud. Bring back Iris scanner, MST +NFC payment combo, SD card slot and stop trying to be Apple. Until these come back, i might as well be using an iphone instead, so i'll stick to my Note9.
