    The new 5g phones are horrible for signal. My wife and I both upgraded and have little to no signal on 5g where we had full 4g. We tried using an app that shut off the 5g and it got better but then samsung pushed out an update that removed that apps capability. So now we are stuck with no signal in our home unless it decides to change to 4g on its own. we dont have the ability to control what signal we can use.

    Wouldn’t hold a charge only half a day and I’ve had Samsungs all my phone life. Didn’t do anything different

    I have had nothing but problems so with this phone. Not getting texts and calls sometimes. Only had it a week.

    Battery life is suspect. No blood oxygen monitoring like older galaxy products. Camera would appear to be an upgrade from prior generations. the base model s22 is actually a little small. Dolby sound is great for music! Overall, i give it C+ as i think samsung kept Premium price without significant upgrade and some cases downgrade in functionality.

    Forced to get a new phone due to damaging my other phone, too expensive to fix for older phone. I was eligible for an upgrade. Decided to downsize to the Samsung 22 instead of the Samsung 22+. Previous phone was a Samsung 20 FAN phone. Only thing I'm trying to get used to is the shorter battery life, which I knew ahead of time that the battery life is not the same as the bigger phone. Other than battery life and getting used to the slightly smaller size, I'm happy with this phone.

    Missing several features of the S8

    Compared to the S8, the S22 is a better phone but with worse software. You can't set do not disturb to activate if you put the phone face down. You have to tap a voicemail three times to play it. Most voicemails don't transcribe on Google Fi, and they claim that it is somehow a Samsung issue. Dismissing a reminder notification closes the entire notification panel. It's little crap like this that is only made especially annoying because Samsung ALREADY SOLVED it with the S8. Battery life is amazing. You do have to fight with it a bit about what apps you'll let it put into deep sleep. But even if you entirely disable auto-deep-sleep, it's difficult to use 60% of the battery on a day when you're home, sick, and on the phone pretty continuously. Great hardware. Crap software. Hopefully some updates improve it.

    I like the phone overall. But, there are features that don't like or they don't have. I hate how the sounds are separated instead of one master volume. Also, Best Buy used to setup the phone and would make sure that everything is working before you left the store. All they do now is basically activate the phone online and send you away. And they wanted to charge me $40 to transfer everything from my old phone! It used to be FREE! Their customer service has gone down hill.

    I like the phone, but it has dropped phone calls anout 4 times. Twice in the same phone call. Plus it overheats. I think it might be the heavy case

    Haven't used much yet but not really into it. Bad buying experience. Had questions about pick-up, activation, etc. and got a representative who had minimal command of the English language and was extremely hard to understand. Until it came in the mail, I was still thinking I would be picking it up at store. Not even a short instruction booklet. Had activated at local Verizon store.
