Overall I am pleased with the phone. Having accepted that phones are getting bigger, I upgraded from my iPhone 12 Mini to this S22. From a battery perspective, it lasts roughly the same as my old iPhone - not great considering how much bigger this phone is. Camera and screen are about the same quality, but the 3rd camera with zoom and 120hz display are nice improvements. While I was shopping for phones, I compared it to the iPhone 13 Pro. This S22 is by far more comfortable to hold in the hand. The weight of the 13 Pro cannot be understated - one handed use is impossible. The S22 is much lighter and slightly narrower, and the Samsung one hand mode works way better than iOS's reachability. However the biggest turnoff for me is the heat. This phone gets HOT even while doing basic tasks. Definitely makes holding it uncomfortable, especially in summer weather/direct sunlight. After I put a case on it, it was much less noticeable but I feel like gamers will definitely feel the throttling quickly if email is warming the phone so much. Coming from Apple, it's been a bit tough migrating to Google services. Having tried other Android phones, the Samsung apps and overlay definitely feel better than stock Android. Integration with the My Phone app on Windows is fantastic - you don't even have to pick up your phone during the workday to answer texts or even launch an app. While I'm keeping the phone and rate 4 stars, I do think for certain people, particularly heavy users and gamers, this phone will be a no-go. But for a light use general user, I think it'll work out nicely.

The phone is an easily handled size, not as big as the others in the S22 family. The camera takes sharp photos, and the 5G signal reception is very good. However, it would be better if the battery lasted longer before needing charging. I don't play that many games on it and don't look at the phone all day like some do, yet it is often down to 25% or less by the end of the day. Nevertheless, I am generally satisfied with the Galaxy S22.

Bought the S22 when AT&T wouldn't let me use my new OnePlus 9 phone. While it didn't have the hassleblad camera, it had a good camera with good stabilization. Processing speed is good as well at the memory. This may have me coming back to Samsung's flagship models. The only complaint is the battery life, was spoiled with the one plus battery life.

Coming from a Galaxy S10e this phone is sooooooo good. So snappy responsive and overall just a smooth experience. The camera is top notch. I opted for the regular S22 because of it's size. Coming from a compact phone this feels more familiar. It's not as small as the S10e but enough that it's very manageable and fits comfortably in my pocket.

Powerful but mediocre battery life. Easily gets really hot to touch during games.Photos looks awesome, has more than enough processesing power for anything!

I cant believe how good of condition this phone was, I looked brand new. I love the phone and does everything I need but the battery life is not great. The pictures are amazing and I love the size of the phone.

Love everything about the phone except the battery life. Pictures are beautiful. The phone moves faster than my S21 plus i just wish they had longer battery life or faster charging.

Great product for the price range as it is a big upgrade in overall compared to it other android competitors. Only downside is that it is quite hot when tried to put under a stress test at its highest perfomance but it is quite understandable as it is quite a slim and powerful machine.

I loved the phone but it stopped working properly after a year. Best buy is great and helped me upgrade and is always great. I just have bad lunck woth phone. Battery started to not last more than half the day. Things like apps or things in my apps would just disapear. My calander emtied, emails went miss, and apps were unistalled without me having done it or wanting it.

Having moved from a note series Samsung phone this phone is lacking. No SD card slot, not enough ram or internal storage, no FM radio, no IR, no headphone jack, no pen, only 3 cameras. Samsung devices used to have all these amazing features just built in and even on my much older S4. This phone is okay all around but is lacking and even moving to the ultra versions you don't gain much. My next phone might be something else from another brand if Samsung keeps up the trend following apple blindly and stripping away more and more. You can get more features on the cheaper samsung phones, but the trade offs on the A series phones are just enough to push you to a galaxy device. It's really sad to see this because I don't think we will get these features back in future flagships from Samsung. Bottom line, it's a phone and it does things, nothing to write home about. I'd save your money and go with another brand and get more features.

Such a good phone! Has a lovely camera with many options, good speed, it looks cute. Still learning so many options after having this phone for a while now.

Upgraded my phone from an S10 to an S22 and I'm overall satisfied. I opted for the smaller model as I prefer how it feels in my hand over the more powerful albeit larger phones. The pictures are sharp, the phone feels snappy with the improved refresh rate and stronger CPU. I'm happy with the phone but my only concern so far is a common one, the battery. The battery makes it through the day which meets my purposes but I was hoping it would last longer as I use my phone minimally with very little gaming. I was hoping to be able to go a day and a half to two days without a charge but it is what it is.

I love my S22. It is increadibly fast/snappy, the cameras are great, the screen is gorgeous, it's the perfect size, the design is ergonomic and stylish, and the version of Android is really nice. The only thing that isn't fantastic is the battery life. It's not horrible, but not as great as my last iPhone that I am upgrading from. If you are a heavy power user who needs this to last all day without any charging, this may not be the phone for you. But for me and my use case, this is a great phone that I would definitely recommend!

Battery life is iffy. Great display and picture quality. Very intuitive, but i maybe biased because ive always used samsung. Heavier than a70 (my previous phone) bixby is annoying and with my accent its takes a long time. Less customisation option then a70.

Powerful phone and great camera. The galaxy s22 did not disappoint upgrading from the note 10. The phone is fast and had no issues for a year now. Camera takes stunning shots If you had a note and moved to the s22 or 23, i recommend getting the bigger one as this is smaller and causes me issues with typing

I upgraded from a Galaxy S8 and have been using the S22 for several months now. I'm one of the few who actually prefers a smaller flagship phone so the 6.1" screen has been perfect for me so far. Pros: - OLED screen with 120 hz is incredible. Whether it's browsing the web, watching videos or playing games, the experience has been one of the best on a mobile device. - Camera. The quality that comes out without any editing continues to amaze me. - Size. Again, I prefer smaller flagship phones and this fits in my front pockets without sticking out. - Battery. I know some people have complained about the smaller battery size but this hasn't been an issue for me. Light browsing, business calls, listening to podcasts and texting throughout the day still leaves me with plenty of charge throughout the day. Cons: - Heat. It does get a bit warm when recording video or gaming so something to keep in mind. - Lack of headphone jack. While disappointing, it's understandable as most phone companies ditch the headphone jack.

Good camera good performance battery life could be better

It was working good up until about a year. The battery gets to 15% and dies within minutes even if not touched and this month it has been saying i have water in my charging port even though its not near water or moisture. I had to go buy a wireless charger for when it does that. It will start force closing apps randomly and go back to my home screen. Other than that, I love the camera and I use it to check out my clients at the salon using the Square app. When it decides to be fine its a nice phone.
