Not what I was expecting from a new phone. Pen had issue, and the phone looked like it was used. Returned it, waiting for next model to go on sale.

I love that phone. Amazing technology and everything is customizable.

Fantastic device. Does everything I need and more. I miss having a larger/2 screens, but this is available and has tons of accessories available, like cases and screen protectors.

Love the phone so far. Did not enjoy having to reinstall and/or configure a lot of my apps. Disappointed that the special price did not include the higher storage models. Took way too long in store to complete the transaction.

Was initially upset I had to replace my broken Note 20 Ultra with a S Series. But, I feel like I bought another Note. Pleasantly surprised, and happy with my new phone.

Do Not Buy this phone! The phone Stutters badly. I have to close every app open and reset it daily.

Good but not great because its a little bulky and due to the curved screen putting on and maintaining a screen protector is tough. The S-Pen works great and is effective with almost all apps. The left are all standard Samsung features nothing new...

I have the phone for 1wk, but love it. Battery life is par with all other phones. The Graphics are vivid. The phone gives suggestions on what to do and someone my age (72) can use the help.

Beautifull product and excellent quality. Knowledgeable staff help make the choice easy and understandable to someone that is a novice when it comes to cellphones.

I had to exchange my phone after one week because it opened apps without my request, it made random 911 calls and restarted several times a day on its own. The new phone appears to be doing the same thing. there must be a major defect in the software of this model but now I am stuck with it. I do not recommend this phone until the manufacturer gets it fixed.

sleek, new features. The only downside is to turn off, one has to press both the on/off switch and vol switch at the same time. Very awkward!

My new phone seems to be working fine. Price was right and I did a trade in to make it even a better deal. It takes a bit of time to re-enter all the passwords, etc...once you start to use it...but, so far...so good.

I am happy with the phone,however, the cell service is awful. My rep and the store was not knowledgeable about the phone set-up. Would not purchase another phone at this location.

Screen is very crisp/clear. App's work well with the phone. Only slight issue I have is the Bluetooth connection/distance is not as good as my Pixel phone was with using Bluetooth accessories.

Good phone, nice upgrade from my old one. Only real complaint is that the battery is supposedly much bigger but doesn't last as long as I was expecting. One full day with normal usage.

Purchases for my mother and she loves it. She has had the note on the past and this phone is perfect. Pretty sure it’s the same just different name.

Love the phone. Over used data first 7 days using phone and had to switch Verizon plan over to unlimited talk, txt and data. All is good now.

Upgraded from S9. Definitely a big upgrade. Great phone. Love the large display and features. So far very pleased with it.

I wish it came with a memory expansion slot to upgrade the memory. I barely was able to fit all of my content into this phone.
