Love my Samsung S22 Ultra 1TB best phone ever!! going from S10+ to S22 Ultra was such a difference in a great way!!!

The phone sucks!! We got it in the mail should be a new phone. But some one else’s info was already logged in to it!! Then the biggest struggle is every 20 mins we have to pop out the SIM card bc the phone stops working. Even took it to my provider and they had no idea what was happening.

Absolutely awesome device! Incredible photography! Will fulfill for years to come!

Love my new s22 ultra its everything I wanted plus more

I pre-ordered February 15th and i ended canceling because i waited too much without any good news. 5 star for the phone 1 star for bestbuy.

1. Battery dies off quickly. My Note 10+ can go for 2 days without a charge. 2. Heats up too much when used during phone calls. 3. Not a fan of the camera location being changed. 4. Had issues with connecting to text messages and I was told I'm not the only one with problem with this new S22 Ultra. I will be returning this phone and keep using my Note 10+ 5G.

A step BACKWARDS from previous models. This phone is a HUGE DISSAPPOINMENT, Pay MORE MONEY for LESS TECHNOLOGY. Same business model as the iPhone, one of the things that made these phones better than the iPhone was expandable memory....NOT ANY MORE. Switched it out for a lame pen.....pathetic. O well.....iPhone here I come....Bye Bye Samsung.

This phone is way over hyped. The camrea aways makes images come out blurry or grainy. You must be in good lighing for the best photoes and video. Night mode is not that good. Colors are over satrated and not natreal. The screen is so curved that it takes away from the screen quality. You cant get a glass screen protecter because of the screen. The phone is so fragile that it will break with a 3ft drop on concrete. It is metal and the paint chips and scraps off easy. A quality case is a must. Finger print reader is a hit or miss. Even with clean screen and fingers. Blutooth audio is thin and dull. No blutooth audio LDAC. Devices will radomly disconnect. The phone over heats easy in sunlight. Theres a chance you wont get the snapdragon gen 1 processor even though it says it has it. You wont have access to your full ram stock unless you overclock it. The 8gig model really struggled with emulated retro games. The 12 gig model was just ok. The phone seems to do ok with splashes and light rain. But dont reccomend sabmerging it all. The S pen was pretry good. But other then that my s22 ultra did not live up to the hype. It seems the quality control is a hit or a miss. With all this said. This phone is way over priced. Not worth it at all. Maybe when it goes on sale. But really not worth the hassle or headach to deal with.

1tb feels like u can hold unlimited storage on this phone Samsung next time put buttons on left side also its awesome phone I recommend 1tb if u do a lot of videos and stuff

This is horrible why have this model with 1tb of storage on your website when you can't even deliver it or pick up in store !!!
