    I'm sure this is a great phone, but I'm goving it 3 stars since Samsung took out the micro SD slot. I ended up returning it. Had I know (or paid attention to the item description), I'd have bought the 512 gb one, which I now have bought and am waiting for it to ship to the store.

    I love this phone!! I didn't think I would like the larger size but, I do! It's not hard to handle at all! This phone has options I've not had before and I am really enjoying it!! Recommend it highly!!

    The Phone is great, Best Buy not so much. Wouldn't let me Pre Order and pickup in Store. Had to ship to my Home. Shipping and activation was horrible and time consuming

    Not many improvements from the note 20 ultra which I owned previously but that was an awesome phone and this has just enough( no camera bump) to make it worth the upgrade.

    A major step up from my previous phone (S8+) This phone has a significantly better fingerprint scanner. A surprising but welcome addition of front facing speakers and more.

    Phone is good but the screen cracked 3 weeks after purchase because no cases go up over the sides to protect all around it not just the top and bottom. Very disappointed in the making and from what insurance said, so many claims have been put in from people with Samsung.
