The phone looks flawless, battery life is good and so far the performance is great. My only concern is the fragile screen and body which are flimsy quality glass.

I love Best Buy for the deals they offer on unlocked cell phones. There enhanced trade in best. You get immediate deduction of trade in value. You don't have to wait for 24 - 36 months for monthly credit offered by cell operators. They have one of the best customer service. They are very professional and work with customer to offer thd best deal. They sweeten deal by offering $300 credit from verizon. This is even better than Samsung advanced trade in as there is no guarantee that you will get promised value on the trade in just in case something goes wrong with your shipment. I am very happy with Ultra. It is fast, display is beautiful and has good battery life. Camera system takes phenomenal pictures. You cannot go wrong with Ultra.

I've own my S22 Ultra for 6 months. My Pixel 3, which I totally enjoyed finally gave out with the battery swelling. I was trying to hold out for the new Pixel 7, however it wasn't in the cards. So I read reviews and got mixed information on the Galaxy 22 line. I travel a lot for work and was looking for something that would support a road warrior. The last Samsung I owned was a Galaxy 5, which I loved. The reviews of bad battery, I spoke with a few different reps and they explained the issue. After a couple of months I do get good battery for my usage. See this is all relative to how you use your phone. If. you are doing 120hz and brightest setting, of course you are going to burn through the battery. My biggest burn on battery is extremely long phone calls. I get close to two days on a single charge. However, I charge sort periods during the day and keep the battery in the sweet spot. I bought unlocked and I'm very happy with my choice. Don't believe the negetive hype. Depending on budget I would go for the new S23 for the better CPU, however that is really the only difference between the S22 and S23. You can save money and get the S22 it won't disappoint

I have pre-ordered the S22 Ultra on bestbuy for additional savings. The 256GB storage is enough for my photos (the majority of my storage) and everything else. Battery Life: The battery lasts forever and that is saying something. Even with all the of calls, Googling, scrolling to pass time waiting for tests and doctors etc., my S22 Ultra was still at 32% by the time I got home. That's with me still running my normal settings (Vivid display, WQHD+ screen res,) along with adaptive battery and optimized processing speeds.) Charging: The 45W charger does charge very quickly (in about 30 mins for a full battery.) Style: I have the black. It's beautiful. The backing has a bit of a matte look to it which conceals unsightly fingerprints which is great! S Pen: The S Pen is a cool addition for someone who is new to the concept! I love being able to jot things down on the lock screen and go on my way without having to unlock the phone, figure out where I want to type to scratch down a note, etc. Plus, it's nice to see my own handwriting now and then. This feature has already proven itself useful while running around the house during the day discovering items that we need to pick up from the store or tasks we need to complete, etc. Also a good way to communicate if you're the type of person that considers yourself to be more of a "visual" person- just doodle it and move on. The other nice thing about the S Pen is that it can function as a remote shutter for photography, which is great when you need more stability or need to reduce camera shake. Overall I'm glad that I finally upgraded from OnePlus after deciding to pass on the past few releases. It has been well with the wait!

Overall its a great phone. Its fast, great screen, plenty of ram, great ecosystem if you like samsung products. The batter is pretty bad but the phone charges fast so its not a big deal. But I swear my old note 10+ had a better battery after three years than this phone does.

The Samsung S22 Ultra is the best phone yet! It does everything I want & and more at lightning speed. The screen is great. Purchase price was good and Best Buy / Samsung reps were really courteous, professional, and went above board to help. What more can you want?

I love this phone. To me its the ultimate creator's phone. With the help of AI in the gallary app, I no longer need to be super percise in making my cutouts with the SPen. The camera is great. Speed and software is awesome as well. Its basically an S23 but older now.

Such a huge improvement compared to my old samsung s9 phone. Battery life is incredible, storage huge selection size to choose from. Visuals and camera are top notch. Would buy for a family member or dear friend for their birthday.

Not even a me review, bit the number of people that exclaim my camera quality is bonkers could be enough to sell the phone to me again. Only issue I have had is setting my default apps just right, but now it is fantastic. It has survived being dropped in a river. It doesn't overheat.

I paid a steep price to get the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra at launch but it has been worth every penny. It is a BIG phone compared to almost everything else currently out there but that's exactly what I wanted. I don't do a lot of mobile gaming but I do enjoy passing the time with video on demand. The giant screen is perfect for all of your viewing pleasures. And the powerful battery is still providing plenty of life for all of my on-the-go needs. It also takes amazing photos--from either side of the phone. Pre-ordered for delivery by mail and received very promptly after launch in prefect condition.

Camera is great. S pen is awesome and takes pictures. Battery is pretty good. Love the large screen. Still fits in pocket. All the features are great too.

It's great cameras have incredible zoom and battery life is exceptional as it easily last me a day sometimes 2 days on a single charge with 5 to 6 hours per day for the 2 day battery and like 10 hours for the 1 day

The phone is excellent as Best Buy service. This phone is slim, bright, fast, and excellent quality of photos.

The best phone of that year, the only thing that would improve is its battery. I also want to add a complaint to BestBuy for taking away my points that I had stored in the points bank. They removed them when they made the change from storing points to only credit card customers. I contacted support and they told me they would return them to me, but this never happened and in the end they just said they couldn't return them to me. I don't know if this was because I am a foreign customer (Mexican) but I find the treatment ridiculous when I have spent more than 20,000 dollars on their website. But well, I guess I will start looking for alternatives. Another complaint is about a Christmas purchase where I bought several video games for the family. I bought them confidently because they had an extended warranty for returns but they did not validate this warranty. They told me that it was not applicable to video games when the website clearly showed that those items had that extended period of time.
