    I had a Note 8 prior to this phone and i have to say I loked the Note 8 better. I'm not saying its a bad phone, one thing I don't like is the volume button and the power button on the same side.

    Stopped working 4 days after the purchase on Christmas Eve. The phone was completely dead and didn't respond to SAMSUNG suggested remedies. I left for Europe same evening and came back 12 days later. Best Buy stated 14 days return window was missed and refused to help. Their website page is not reachable in Europe "Access Denied". Very disappointed.
