It's hard for me to know about anything negative yet. One thing i have noticed is the photos aren't as beautiful as my 9#. The edit is lacking in that area. These phones cost extremely too much to be lacking in any area.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had Samsung phone before in my opinion there Wireless coil inside the phone near battery is cheap half time the phone will charge and sometime it glich and make Wireless charger blink and all u hear is beep noise on phone saying it charging and it stop charging they need focus on make better Wireless coil inside their phones so it will charge properly without any glitches if having issues with ur Samsung phone take back and exchange for iPhone 13 pro max I promise there apps work a whole better

THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE PHONE. ive preordered my device and even took a day off ro have time to set it up and play with it. Waited all day long on the day i was supposed to get it, to recieve an email stating my itwm is not available and we will update you in a gew days. Really? This is why we do preorders to recieve the item on thw lunch day and not wait for it.very disappointed with Best Buy
