Great phone and excellent battery life. Upgraded from flip3 and haven't looked back. The flip was the worst phone I have ever had.

I wish I knew more about this phone and how difficult it is to get used to. I didn't go to an iPhone because I had an android phone I was switching from.

Have only had it a few weeks but I've been happy with it so far. Best part of the purchase were the Best Buy employees that I dealt with. Ryan, Kevin & Ray were fantastic! All 3 go above & beyond. They are very professional and knowledgeable working together to assist with my purchase & answer all my questions.

The battery life is horrible. I got maybe 6 hours of battery, with LIGHT USE but only if I had the battery saver on all day. I never turned battery saver off or it would die in 2 to 3 hours. The camera quality is not great. The speakers sound muted. I had to listen to everything with the volume turned up to the max or hold the phone super close to my face. The Bluetooth is spotty. If you stream music wirelessly, it's choppy for the first solid 45 seconds or more. I returned this after 3 weeks and bought the Google pixel 7. Do not recommend this phone at all if you rely on your cell phone for any emergent situations.

Updated our current device and service plan. Best Buy (Verizon) associate set up the new device, established the new plan, and transferred all pertinent data from the old device to the new device ... while we waited! Excellent product, superior service

Great phone, you won't regret it. Great Best Buy pricing. I didn't have to trade in 7 Pixel to get a great price that even Verizon would match.
