    The battery runs down quickly, but otherwise it's a great phone. I found out you either get the sale price or a discount from the carrier (Verizon) for returning your old phone.

    This phone is awesome. Purchased this phone for my daughter who recently had a A11. This was most certainly an upgrade for sure. The photo and video resolution is very clear. I will say, that although the camera can zoom and take a pic or record a video from far away, the quality of the image is not very clear. But it's still good. Overall, this phone is worth every penny.
