Had an emergency needing a new phone when my s10e died out of the blue. Had an issue with Verizon. Came to best buy and things were smooth sailing. Never buying from Verizon again that's for sure. This phone is snappy, great haptics, and most of all - unlocked - no bloatware.

Best upgrade i ever had

One time a accidentally went swimming with it for over an hour in my pocket and it still worked perfectly (not recommended though). Good size that fits in my hand without feeling super bulky, and battery life is great for streaming videos for hours. Even still, rapid charging in less than 2 hours to full. Never regretted this upgrade.
