    I've had Samsung phone since the S5 and the S23 is the first phone I don't care for. I traded my S9 in for the S23 because the touch screen stopped working on my S9. The resolution on the S23 has been downgraded, notification light is gone, no wired headset jack. If feels and looks more like an Iphone than a Galaxy. I wish I would have just replaced my screen on my 9 instead of trading it in.

    I am more than satisfied with my new S23. I upgraded from a Galaxy S9 which I have used for 4.5 years. The new features and the E-Sim capability were the key selling points. The new User Interface offers a multitude of options which enable an ultimately personalized menu and it was so easy to setup. My wife and I bought unlocked units and set up the phones from scratch.

    The phone works pretty well. I upgraded from the s8. This holds battery charges very well compared to my last. The camera is very dissapointing in my opinion. Also the texts keep switching to sms and rcs which delays when i recieve them.
