    I should have known there would be problems when Sales person had to call Samsung help line to get my ohone to initialize. Once "all" was tranferred I found my calendar did not fully move, my wi-fi calling cannot connect, cannot send or receive photos via text, my texting app changed & is acting up, been receiving spam texts more & more, constant Verizon messages & 8 updates in the first 12 hours! Geek Sqad could not help, Called Verizon # & got cut off repeatedly. Called 800# to get actual store phone # to be sure a tech is available & calls go directly to the 800 #.

    Love this phone. I like it better than the Samsung 23 plus by a lot. This phone is a little cheaper,I feel like easier interface and shake flashlight. Nice job Motorola. Only downside is the case selection isn't as vast as w other phones.
