    This phone is a giant leap forward from my previous phone. I do have some trouble with the fingerprint sensor and learning the differences from my previous phones. It does have a much better camera. The battery life is outstanding!

    It's been a little difficult to navigate. Not all of my data and settings were transferred like it should have been and difficult to get those onto this phone manually. So far it has performed well otherwise and takes great pictures. Does offer upgrades to other software which I like. I would still recommend it.

    Great phone wish it came with an instruction manual for the older generation. Over-all its a perfect size and easy to read Texts. Wish the video and photo quality was excellent!

    received without charging cable. was not able to copy data from the old phone. inconsistent response to tapping. Unable to connect to connect to earphones, using jack with phone responding that the item is not supported.

    so far I love the phone, purchased in Nov. 22, 2023. So many preloaded apps, not sure I need so still learning, figuring out what to keep and what to delete. Overall, love the Samsung Galaxy S23+. The size is very comfortable for my hands and use.
