2star will do, bought this item on may 2023 now its july 2024, now processor is failling, plus its over heating.. not worth of buying

Battery and Fingerprint Reader get 2 big thumbs up I've had this phone for 11 days (S23, cream colored, 256GB RAM), and can already say that I find it superior to the S10.   FINGERPRINT READER: The S23's fingerprint reader is fast and accurate!   The S10's biggest flaw for me was its in-screen fingerprint reader, which more often than not didn't get a good read (esp. when my fingers were cold), and even when it did get a good read it was slightly slow in its response.   The S23 has shed both of these problems;  it's inscreen fingerprint reader is extremely fast in its response time, and I haven't had a single "try again" in 11 days of use regardless of how cold my fingers are, or at what angle I lay my finger.     BATTERY: I am extremely satisfied with the S23s battery.   It is so battery efficient that for the first time in my life I decided to enable the "Protect battery" setting that stops charging the battery at 85%.   Even only charging to 85% on this phone I have no "range anxiety" due to the amazing efficiency of the processor. CAMERA:   I love the 3x optical zoom on the camera, which is 50% longer than the S10's optical zoom. SPEAKERS:   The quality of the speakers is great, as were those of the S10. I don't notice a big difference between them, but the great quality continues LOOKS: The phone looks great (though I do wish the chrome sides were slightly less shiny on the cream colored version, like they are on the green version).   I like the looks so much that I wanted to keep it naked (caseless), but despite that desire there are two reasons that I ended up going with a minimalistic case (the Spigen Ultra Hybrid): 1) the glass back is slippery enough that I thought it might slip out of my hands when pulling it out of my jeans pocket;  2) when typing on the S23 while it was laying on a flat surface, the phone would rock back and forth due to the camera bump...the case solves this flattens the whole back out so that I don't get that rocking.  I am *very* happy with my switch from the S10 to the S23.

This phone has had No issues. Ive had it over a year. Ive dropped it on concrete many times. Hasnt hurt it a bit. I do have a cover on it to protect it as well. Its still fast, and reliable. It takes great pictures as well.

I ordered an "open box- excellent condition" unlocked s23. The phone arrived on time and in excellent condition - no scratches or cracks and came with a charging cord. It did not come with a sim key which made it fairly difficult to get the sim slot open. I did not know "open box" meant no box, the phone came taped to a piece of folded cardboard in another box, but it worked. The phone itself was able to be activated and set up with no problem. I am satisfied with both best buy and the phone.

Always had LG phones, simple feature reading text messages out load is a necessity. My wife and myself always used this feature along with the Plantronics 5200 that reads the text messages and comes over the 5200. I run my business using this simple feature, couldn't do it without. We bought this phone, and it won't do it. It only works utilizing Bixby that is a downright nuisance. Samsung dumps tons of their own useless features in their phones. I want my LG back. My mother had a LG and was talked into buying a Samsung and she hates it, less usable features and it won't read her text messages out to her either. All hype, expensive toy. Had a Samsung a long time ago and hated it, 10 years latter still the same.

Works superbly. Im glad i went with this instead of iPhone. This is much better.
