    I love this phone. Mine died and I rushed to Best Buy in a panic cuz I need my phone for work. Best Buy staff was amazing and together they worked to fire my phone up and get my new phone up and running in no time. Thank you Best Buy!!!

    Using thso phone for more than 8 months. So far pretty awesome. Seemlessly able to connect with other Samsung appliances. Perfect size to hold and no hanging. Excellent video quality.

    This was a replacement for my old phone since it didn't hold a charge BUT my teenager liked it so much he put my SIM card in his phone and swiped this one.....LOL What do you do? He is an amazing kid, so I guess it is worth it in the end

    slender not to heave yet has a wide screen. The keys are wide enough that I do not have as many typos as I did on my last phone. This phone meets all of my needs and then some

    Best Buy sent a scratched phone instead of one in good condition. They refuse to replace it and will not honor the price I paid to purchase another if I returned it. Be careful when you buy an open box, as it is a one time deal that expires immediately. Better if you can get the item in store, so you can see it, but that isn't always possible. It was a crazy deal, and that's the only thing keeping me kind of happy.
