I've had the S20 FE and decided to upgrade for better antenna's and better overall performance. I'm not disappointed. It does weigh a bit more and is bulkier than my previous one but that'll take some time to get used to. The camera's are just a smidge below what the flagship S23 offers, meaning that you'll have some great shots. You can grab it now and get a $100 gift card. Highly recommend if you plan to trade in or sell your old phone.

Not a fan that I can't seem to have a different volume setting for games, etc. from the ring/text tone. It is also heavier than the LG and Blackberry I had previously. I can't really comment on the battery life as I don't use my phone a lot but of course when I do use it to surf the internet, I do notice I use a lot more battery when I just use it for calls and texts. Had at least two updates in the four months i owned it not sure if that's good or bad.

Good flagship mobile but heavier in weight

Weight is wrongly updated in the product detail page. After one month of using this device I am facing Carpel Tunnel issue and in medication now. Now I can’t return this mobile. Best buy team should review this.
