    Be Careful with Open Box Purchases

    Best Buy sent a scratched phone instead of one in good condition. They refuse to replace it and will not honor the price I paid to purchase another if I returned it. Be careful when you buy an open box, as it is a one time deal that expires immediately. Better if you can get the item in store, so you can see it, but that isn't always possible. It was a crazy deal, and that's the only thing keeping me kind of happy.

    In comparison to my last phone (OP 9 Pro), this one is awful with the exception of the camera. No matter how many settings I change, the phone does not operate as expected. It does not autoconnect to pair bluetooth devices. The picture in picture screen comes up with every new notification despite having all the settings for that function and multi-window shut off. The battery life is abysmal and, when very low, shuts off at a random percentage between 1-6%. It takes a longer to change than my last phone, even with a fast charging adapter. I have tried every setting, searched FAQs and forums, but it seems like Samsung is going the way of Apple and forcing customers to use devices how they want you to. This is my first and last Samsung phone.

    This phone is a poor excuse of a Galaxy! It's made cheap and it is apparent! The screen reader only works half of the time, and the apps continuously shut down with no rhyme or reason! I wish I could take it back! I definitely will not purchase another "FE*! I'M DEFINITELY NOT A FAN OF THEM!

There are some options that you try at home. The first thing we want to do in this situation is make sure that your device's software is up to date. To check if your device is up to date, first navigate to and tap Settings> Software update> tap on Download and install> follow the on-screen directions. The next option is to wipe any unnecessary app data. If this happens on a specific app, go to Settings> select Apps>select the app> tap Storage> Clear data or Clear cache.     I do not like this phone. Its constantly needing to restart to work right. Came with no directions. Its hard to restart and keeps messing up. Ugh
