Description said in Excellent condition. Phone is un-useable. The charge port is visibly broken. Brought it to the store, they say it needs to be send it away for inspection, which will take who knows how long. Returned phone and bought one for hundreds more. Feels like a bait and switch. Sales clerk said was a floor model and the charge port was overused and abused. I've had this model for a couple years without any problems. So the problem is not with the phone brand or model.

We have had it for several months and the phone has been phenomenal and was such an affordable price for unlocked. Camera is amazing, charge holds all day and just all around a good phone.
