Pictures and videos are excellent quality! I wish I remembered the employee's name that helped me with the purchasing of this because she was super helpful. She helped me transfer all of my data from my old phone to the new one and had it all done in really reasonable time.

I dislike financing phones.

Only complaint I have is when turning it off you need to use 2 buttons. Bestbuy is the place to go if you just wanna buy a phone. Usually have in stock. At&t stores are bare and long lines.

Haven't had any issues with it. Runs quickly, the charge lasts a while. I like to play Pokemon Go on it and I usually have to charge it once with a fast charger mid day. I highly recommend.

As technology has progressed the micro SD card usage has been replaced with cloud based storage options, the headphone jack has been replaced with either a USB-C to headphone jack adapter with your device, USB-C headphones, or bluetooth headphones.
