I've owned this phone less than one week. I purchased a clear otter box.... the only thing they had in stock to protect it. I dropped my phone on its back, and the back of the phone completely shattered, and phone went black. Poor design of a phone. The high dollar otter box did nothing for it also.

Love my phone! I've been a loyal Samsung buyer for years and this one holds up the same great quality. Lots of storage, great camera, great battery life, and quick processor. As a business owner who uses her phone for a lot of my work, this phone is a great upgrade from any phone.

Love this phone. I had a Note 9 and needed to get a new phone. I did a lot of research on what phone I wanted, this one had great reviews. The buttons are on the right side, none on the left. It doesnt have a headphone jack, and to charge it you need a C adapter. Great phone and I highly recommend it.

The phone is easy to use and has an exceptional camera. The only issueni have is that the charging cord does not stay in the phone when charging. The service from Omar was great, very helpful and made the transition from my old phone to the new one very easy.

My last phone was a Samsung Galaxy S7. THIS was an upgrade! I read quite a few reviews, good and bad before deciding on this one. I wasn't particularly looking for a note pad phone but I like it. There is no port for earphones. You'll need bluetooth ear buds or headphones to listen privately. Check your calendar to make sure everything got transferred. I had to recopy birthdays and some important appointments. Also check your address book. The speed of opening or closing apps, etc. is great! The battery life far exceeds my expectations. Usually end up using on average about 35% prior to recharging while I sleep. And you'll definately need to get charger. I'm an amateur astrophotographer and looking forward to trying this phone out for milkyway shots. Not sure whether it'll do DSOs like Orion. Tried the moon but the shots were washed out. Definately a learning curve!

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is great! I love the camera and the beautiful lavender case. The pen is a great feature too, and it's included. The charge last over a day which makes me happy.

This phone has been a very easy transition from my galaxy 10. This phone runs super-fast and has a great camera! Plus, the battery lasts so much longer than any of my other phones.

Battery life lasts 2-3 days per charge. 1 day if extreemely heavy use for me. Camera is excellent and easy to use. Very fast and reliable so far.

Great phone and if you keep an eye out for the right deal, it can be gotten for a great price as well. The phone is fast, has good features, and a very nice camera. It's also nice that it comes with a pen that hides easily in the phone. With the Verizon trade-in deal, it brought the phone's price down substantially and actually ended up saving us money on our monthly Verizon bill when we traded in our old phones because of the plan we're on.

The phone is fantasric. I cannot say that for the associate who helped us with the purchase. He needed some help at first. He should have had help all the way to the end. 1. He said we would have to transfer the SIM card fro our old phone to the new one. WRONG 2. He said our old phones would work until our new phones were activated. WRONG. Our old phones were dead when we got out to the car. We immediately went to a Verizon store for help.

My last phone, which I really loved, was a Samsung Galaxy Note 9. This new Galaxy S23 Ultra blows my old phone out of the water. It's beautifully made, easy to use and the camera is phenomenal. My only complaint is the location of the biometric touch point in the middle of the screen. If the screen is dirty or smudged, that touch point is difficult to use.

I traded in my S21 ultra 5G to the S23 Ultra. I love it. I got a very good deal with my old phone by best buy. The phone sound is much better than the S21. Camera is also so much better. It has more space with 256 GB. The quality of videos are far better than S21 and picture quality with zoom also excellent. I have no complaints. I will recommend it to others for purchase.

I am loving my New S23 ultra. I have owned every Samsung phone and this is by far the best. It is however disappointing that you do not receive a charging cord, ear buds and or charger block, and pay even more for the device than in previous years. I know this is a Samsung issue, and I hope they evaluate this flaw and look to treat customers better in the future. I love having the stylus, and the camera.

The camera is top notch and the phone runs fast. Massive battery life.

This is my third Samsung Galaxy. This is very much an upgrade from the S8+. I don't upgrade my phone until i absolutely have to and I'm so glad i did. This phone is faster, more storage, camera is amazing. Also, dealing with Best Buy is the way to go! They normally have the phones on sale on top of what Verizon offers.

First off its in the design of the samsung note phones, thats a plus right there. Secondly the battery life its the best phone battery on the market at the moment and it shows. Also would like to add how well the camera performs in day or night time absolutely lovely. Great phone man so glad i ended up getting one.
