Decent phone very similar to s22 ultra like the color

I've been using my phone for about six months, and found that it's terribly flawed. The camera is... okay. Not great, just okay. The keyboard accuracy is mediocre. The screen doesn't rotate half of the time. The Bluetooth doesn't pair reliably (especially to my SUV). I have to restart it every few days. Honestly, I think the best thing about it is something most people won't care about... you can use the stylus to write or draw something, and turn it into a GIF. Yup, that's the best thing about it. For the cost I should've just stuck with my Pixel 7 Pro. Yes, that had its own share of issues, but it was almost as fast at 2/3 the cost, with a much better camera.

Turned out to be too big for my little hands. Many functions were hard to figure out. I was moving from a Motorola to a Samsung, which I'd had before... This one was much different. Unfortunately it got broken (smashed) and when I returned it under the warranty/protection plan, the DM would only give me my money back in a Best Buy in store card, not on my original credit card nor on my Best Buy credit card. I didn't want to replace with the same cuz it was too big for my hands. They won't budge. I had a replacement from Verizon for the Motorola that was echoing in everyone's ears before I bought the Samsung. So I'm just using that until I find something I want. Just too busy and love way out in the country.

Because is to big,the battery drains off twice a day and needs to recharge it .Takes so long to recharge if use the wireless charger To many inside apps or settings on it

Seriously Samsung? Ive had these issues since the Galaxy S8 and after 6,7 years you have learned nothing. Taking photos of moving objects and auto focus are just garbage.

Sudden breakdown due to software malfunction. After using it for few weeks, the screen went black by itself

Geek Squad warranty is a joke and the call center literally sounds like it is based in an bar in Asia. I could not hear the lady because of the background noise. My reward for trying was to listen to her YELL at them in some language then return to me. I finally hung up after having to repeat every statement multiple times. Problem still not resolved but I have a recording of the all if BB is actually interested in improving. I'll hold my breath....

Good phone but limited eSIM options. Only 1 eSIM can stay active. Had difficulty with Spectrum mobile activate phone with eSim. If eSim is your primary cellular option then avoid this phone.

Good phone but is pretty weak i work in construction it fell from a really low height and something broke inside which is not fixable

For the price. Camera needs to be better. Crap quality. Literally bought this for camera. I would recommend the pixel 8pro or 7pro

Love the color of the new s 23 ulra but unfortunetly there is a network issue with 4 g sim card so i returned it .

I despised this phone. The stylist couldn't read any of my writing it would just make up weird words. Swiping on the side of the phone where there is the hidden menu was extremely difficult and took multiple swipes. Resume function was set too high on maps and I had to constantly try and recalibrate the maps wall navigating which made it frustrating as it should be set to low and you can zoom in not itsumed in too much and now you have to drag the map around to figure what's going on. As for the screen being bigger I would disagree that difference is so minute that it's not worth the upgrade.

I returned it, it is very uncomfortable to hold. The square corners dig into your hand.

It does not mention that one has to buy the charger separately

I've been a Samsung user for many many years. Side getting the S23 Ultra m extremely underwhelmed and somewhat annoyed. The charge port has issue on my first one I replaced with my insurance and the new one is having the same issue
