    I went from a google pixel to this phone and not only is the google pixel cheaper BUT ITS 100X better. I regret paying $1300.00 for this phone. The camera sucks and the voice to text is horrible, the fingerprint unlock doesnt work 75% of the time.

    Your assistant doesnt work anymore all voice commads need you to unlock your phone so all voice commands are useless half the time you say anything it says alright then does nothing on the previous modles it worked perfectly the user interface is garbage clunky and 5g is poor on it always loosing connection also ties in all the other signals ao trying to shut off 5g and use other signal types sucks because they bundled all types together accept 5g

    Stick with the S22 ultra

    I thought it was going to be an upgrade from the s22 ulta but was definitely a downgrade. Highly regret buying. The front camera looks like its from 2010. And thats really about the only thing that has changed. Im extremely disappointed and i didnt even start using it untill it was to late to return so now im stuck with a $1,200 phone that im not even going to use because my old phone is better.

    The phone I received was blacklisted deemed stolen. I had so much trouble in getting it resolved that I still working on. I lost all faith in Best Buys open box phones. In addition, all the bad customer service that I had to get through before filling finding someone to actually help me. When I was instructed to go in person in the store to make a return of bad phone two times I was accused stealing and was told that no one would help me because I was trying to steal. It has been a nightmare.

    This is no difference from the previous model. I was an absolutely waist of money to up grade just renamed same exact phone insanity

    The battery is what sold the phone for me but when I use the phone starting at 7am it's already at 30% by 4pm. I've only had the phone for less than a month. The battery is terrible for being a top of line model. I read many reviews about the battery life was incredible but it was not the case for this phone. I also paid full price for this product and it went on sale less than a month after but past my return period, which is not a critique but a disappointment as a consumer.

    I asked customer care executives at the time of buying they said its dual sim and when come back and see its not dual sim its single slot sim and itrief ti return the item they said for sale items there are no refund and exachange i tried multiple number oif times contacting customer care and in best buy also i havent found any returanble thing or replace thing. This is totally unfair. I lost approximately 1000 box. This is insane.

    Charging me $45 for returning broken seal phone?

    I wish I can give zero star, i was charged $45 for returning s23 ultra that came without a sealed. I talked to Best Buy associate she told me my only option is either refund or exchange. I agree with the exchange. They canceled the order the following day, I called them why the order was couldn’t give a reasonable reason all because I refuse accept the that came in with a broken. seal. If I’m paying such amounts of money for that phone then I deserve something better or worth the money. I will never purchase from Best Buy ever again.

    It was great until it just went black. I was on it. Put it down. Came back a few minutes later and it was dead. I thought maybe I missed and turned the brightness down but no. It just dead. Purchased in May. No drops or spills and it was in a protective base. Now I either have to mail it to Samsung or drive to the nearest Best Buy Samsung Authorized dealer that’s 200 miles away because the local store can do nothing.

    The package hsve been lost in shipment (no update from bestbuy have to do endless chats and calls to ensure that after waiting for 3 weeks past posted delivery time) and refund takes longer...to addon they are not giving a price match for the repurchsae...this is very disappointing and i am never going to get a product from best buy again..

    Worse phone. There is a tiny scratch on top left corner and neither best buy nor samsung try to fix it. I just realized,may be it was from the beginning.i am 100% sure i have not hit or fall my phone. Its not my fault and they are not helping me to fix it. Bad setvice from both samsung and best buy.this is the last time i will be using samsung and best buy.

    I had used 3 phones of Samsung different three times and want to gave a chance but very much upset. Won’t last long and always have something wrong . This is my last time and never again. Call but can’t figure out my issue.

    I bought the cell phone on November 21 and it hasn't arrived. I've been calling Best Buy for 4 days and they haven't resolved the problem. Nobody knows anything and they haven't contacted me. I spent $1000 and I don't know anything about the cell phone.

    You cant change the notification sounds for just text messages. Instead all notifications sound the same. Unless you use an app like SC that has its own notification sound built into the app. Flip phones from the 2000s could do this why can't my smart phone do it.

    Failed to be delivered twice , FedEx stole out of package and BestBuy did not help besides saying we stole it ourselves . we still had to pay the full amount don't use FedEx
