I have samsung since s9+ and they all have been amazing

This is a gorgeous phone and I love it that it comes with the S-pen. I have been a fan of the Note series and qhen they stopped making them I was bummed out, until they came out with the Ultra version and that theybwas brining the S-pen back.......SUPER HAPPY WITH THAT

The credit card set up on Best Buy really needs to be set up better. It is really kind of confusing how to see everything. You need to see on your credit card and how it kicks you out back into the best buy website when you're at citibank.

Phone is good. No issues with it. Unable to activate esim on Verizon. Verizon store representative mentioned that bestbuy unlocked Galaxy s23 ultra is not compatible. I wouldn't suggest this if you plan to use esim on new device. Bestbuy won't accept this and have to pay 45 restocking fee. They won't help to activate esim also.

I had the Samsung s22 ultra but i couldn't get signal. I'd leave the house, my phone was connected to wifi, It switched to mobile data but my phone wouldn't connect. I'd literally have to go back to the house & connect to my data. So i decided to upgrade to the s23 ulta (a year ago)(i didn't have the s22 ulta not even year). My texts won't go thru, don't have service most of the time. Id upgrade to s24 ultra but scared ill have the same issue & waste money.

I'm disjointed because i could have waited and saved a few more hundred, phone sends a bit defective but Best Buy is my go to.

Transcript of nearly every phone call I've made on this phone: "...hello? are you there? I can't hear you." ... *garbled response ... "You're cutting out" And it's not just the Galaxy S23 Ultra, my partner's Galaxy S23 is the same - making or receiving phone calls is horrible. I've lost important calls over this. Resorted to using my Google Voice app to make calls. For cripes' sake - lose the curved screen on the Ultra. People who use this phone for art, don't like their stylus sliding off the edge. Speedy charging, great battery life. Totally not worth it if the phone doesn't work.

The bloatware is terrible, but the real problem is the screen. You can't get a protector to actually do it's job because of the stupid curved edges. If I knew about it I wouldn't have purchased this phone. Now I am stuck with a phone that is bearly useable for 2 years. The camera is awesome though, this is only reason I didn't give it a one star.

Mostly great phone, however my personal music copied from my computer stopped being able to play after 2 months. The format was changed from mp3 to something my phone does not recognize.

Bestbuy sold me a blacklisted phone. Never buying again. Took their online support, geek squad at local store, phone support about 4 hours to tell me that I need to return the phone, nothing else can be done. The phone is good.

Samsung has gone downhill, no SD memory very little device control, great camera. If you are looking for dependable network, this isn't the phone for you every update degrades network reliability. If you want a good camera it's good for that but you can buy a high end cannon for half the price.

Most fragile phone I've ever owned. Despite being in otterbox defender, screen protector, never being dropped or stressed wasnt enough to keep it safe. $300 is cheapest repair to replace just the top glass. Inexplicably began spider web cracks from bottom right corner where this phone has a known screen defect. Ive been with Samsung for 22 consecutive years so i don't say this lightly, but be aware of the fragility of this phone. The rest of my experience with this phone is great, the specs, the look, etc. You just can't keep it safe enough.

If I hand in my phone apart from the discount, the price will drop more?

Unless youre getting a good deal on a trade in i wouldn’t recommend purchasing this full price especially if you have a previous Samsung. Not much of a difference accept for a few gimmicks to make you think you’re getting something special. Not to mention that the fingerprint scanner is crappy.

Very uncomfortable to carry.. don't like the design and camera at night not the best .
