Because of the cost, did plenty of research on it. Upgraded from a Samsung Note9 and feel that while the 23Ultra has an amazing camera, my old Note9 was more user friendly and more intuitive. Will watch more videos and hopefully end up liking this phone more. Hope so!

Samsung has always made a good Flagship phone and this is nothing less. Between Samsungs' products and Best Buys customer service it was a no brainer.

Definitely feels like a step up for the for the Note+ Series, even though is not a Note version. The pastel pink looks very sophisticated and casual at the same time.

No decent screen protection. I love the curved glass but you sacrifice too much when trying to protect it. If manufacturer would support like they support apple it would be awesome
