Upgrade from Note 20 Ultra to S23 Ultra

While we loved the Note this new S23 Ultra is great. We've had it a week and continue to be impressed when we discover something new and/or better. The camera on the S23 Ultra is AMAZING! I'd upgrade just for it. We fell like we made a great choice.

SD card...I might miss you

The only things I miss is the extra storage of the sd card and the command "ok google" but then again I hated someone triggering that on my phone. So just the SD card is what I miss. Phone is great!

An amazing piece of engineering

Awesome camera -- huge step up in quality of photos from my old Samsung S10. The slightly larger size takes a little getting used to but so far I'm very happy to have it.

Needed to keep the military grade glass. I am all about recycling; the glass just wasnt a good idea. Dont charge 1200 for a phone that isn't the quality of the ones before despite some upgrades.

Best Buy Phone Agents subpar service

So far, I am not a fan of all the Samsung bloatware loaded on the device which I can't delete/remove. The weather and calendar functions are less then optimal and not to the quality of the Apple apps that I am used to.
