    The phone is ok. The apps are foolish and verizon support is not there. No book to explain how everything works and how to make corrections. Went to several verizon locations and since they didn"t sell it - they just couldn'T work if in to there schedule. When this phone breaks down, verizon and I are done.

    Still learning on how to utilize it's many plus's. Was disappointed in how little teaching us that came from the Geek Squad since it is a service we paid for at purchase. Yes I'm a senior who does struggle with new tech stuff.

    S23 Ultra what a great phone just like my previous ph note-8. My learning curb of the s23 Ultra was short.

    It's indeed a great phone, but I find it hard to believe that despite the hefty price, essential accessories like a charger and a headset are not included. It feels like yet another Apple rip-off phone.
