I bought this phone during the pre-sale promo. As a result, I got a free upgrade on the hard drive space and got the larger RAM value. I have had this phone for 6 months and the quality has been outstanding. It is the quality level that you would expect from Samsung. One note, I paid $1K for this phone. This is the last time I will pay that much for a phone. The price of smart phones has gotten out of control. Fortunately, this phone should last 8 years!

Great phone! Highly reccommend buying phones through best buy. Service plans charge extra fees and are bound to that carrier. Unlocked phones not connected with carriers are the way to go. If you have the total tech you get 24months of protection included so you dont have to pay extra for insurance! BONUS- amazing pictures!

I've upgraded to S25 Ultra yet I continue to use the S23 Ultra with wifi at home

Upgrading from an old iPhone XS to android, I'm happy to leave the apple ecosystem. The customization and freedom on the Android ecosystem is a breath of fresh air. This S23U is fast and the camera is awesome. One of my only gripes is the fingerprint biometric scanner, but I'm not sure if it doesn't recognize because it's not too accurate or because I put on a DOME GLASS Whitestone tempered glass screen protector.

I am a huge fan of Samsung products. This is a replacment and upgrade from the Note 9. Battery seems to note wear down fast even if Im on it all day. Process speed doesnt seem to slow and has plenty of storage. After buying the first one I have since bought 3 tablets, washer & dryer, a refrigerator, and another tv. Great products for a great price
