I’ve upgraded from the galaxy S10. This phone is nice and seems to be very similar to my old version. I can’t complain as I’m a Samsung fan I’m also loving the Violet color.

Nice phone. Still figuring out the software changes. Not sure if it is a significant upgrade other than the camera. I hope it is as good as my old Samsung and that it lasts as long. I hope it overcomes the Verizon messages "Mobile network not available" that I started getting all too frequently on my old phone.

This is my fourth Galaxy S series phone. I really like the new edge design of this model. The screen is bright and is good quality. The battery life so far has been very good. With light use it can stay charged for multiple days, and with heavier use I may need to charge it every other day. I haven't noticed any over heating issues, but I don't do any heavy gaming on it. I mostly use it for youtube, texting, small note taking, and social media browsing. The smaller design compared to larger phones makes it easier for me to use one handed and it doesnt feel like a brick in my pocket. The color is sleek but I always use a phone case and the only area exposed is next to the camera. The camera quality isn't much different from the S20 I upgraded from but photos still look good.

Perfect size. Not too bulky. Great camera and battery life.

This phone is fast. Easy to use. Visuals are great. Traded in my old S9 and there's no comparison.

The product I really enjoy this S24 is great but working with Verizon. Trying to get their Red Tape and the poor gal that was helping me at best. Buy did a great job even though she had to jump through one hoop after another to help me get this as 24 I had to go. To the Verizon, store then back to the store. Then back to the Verizon store. Trying to get a phone through Verizon. It's getting to be tougher every single day. I have been with Verizon for probably 14 to 20 years. But it's getting time to reconsider a different direction.

Excellent phone. Easy to operate. Fast! Only reason I didn't give a 5 is that my sim card went bad the second week and I lost 6 hours of my life running around trying to get it replaced.

The phone is very slippery. Most times it gives me a pop up questioning me about what I would like to do with the message. However, the pop up covers the message, so before I am able to read the message, the pop up won't allow me to read it. Plus, more pop ups that cover what I'm trying to read. Generaly, it has a lot of features that annoy me constantly

I so enjoying my Samsung S24 through Best Buy it was the best experience every encounter i had with staff from start to finish was flawless.

Great deal, enrn trade my existing s21 phone. Service at best buy was also great.very satisfied at this time.

It's a perfectly good replacement for the former S21. Its battery is better. Haven't stopped to play with the AI yet.

I really like the phone. I don't like that Samsung sets google as the messaging system.

Works great, like the previous generation Samsung. Have not used the camera much yet. It came with a cord, but no charger, so I bought one and it charges fast. The look and feel similar to the previous generation, after a protective case is put on it as I promptly did. I think it should come with the appropriate, great quality charger and cable.

Love this phone. Haven't had a new phone in 6yrs. Was easy. Samsung 24 best.

I really like the cole and the features of the phone.

I've had my S24 for almost a year and couldn't be more satisfied. For it to be the smallest of the series this phone really packs a punch.

This S 24 has much better phone qualities than my old S7 ! This Phone connects at a much faster rate and quality of reception is far better than the S7 !!

Love it! Similar to my old one - S21 and works much in the same way so little to learn and figure out.
