    Order was supposed to arrive by June 15th. Today is July 4th and still waiting. I have asked for color change which you could not do, change of delivery address which you have failed to do and called customer service and went to two stores to be told can't chage and it is shipping but you have missed 2 delivery dates. Very poor service and lack of response

    Great phone i traded in a 8 yr old samsung galaxy note 5 It still worked Battery just needed to be charge once or twice a day the new phone is awsome Samsung makes great phones and everything else
